This is one of the handful of the remaining classic general second hand bookshops of which there used to be so many along Charing Cross Road. A real gem in the midst of the commercial hurly-burly of the area; a spiritual experience even if you don't find anything to buy (which is unlikely). May it long continue to serve the hearts and minds of Londoners as well as visitors.
