Okay, so it may have a reputation for snarky cooler-than-thou staff behind the counter, but it just went up in my estimation. Last week I absent-mindedly left an envelope containing £50+ of M+V store credit vouchers on their counter. Was not holding out much hope of ever seeing it again. Came back today and upon giving my name (a letter addressed to me was also in said envelope) they pulled it out and handed it back to me, stating also that they planned to (go to the trouble of) posting it back to me, had I failed to return to collect in person. Clearly there are some good and honest people working here.
