I applied for a job in 2013 and was asked to travel to London to register. Registration completed, I was then told that they would contact me about any suitable roles. I heard nothing further. Two years' later, I applied for another job, which I only found advertised with this agency. Again, I was asked to travel to London for an 'interview.' I attended and was told that they already had my details on file, but would be in touch if anything suitable come up.

I don't expect to hear from them again and won't be paying a third visit.

Very friendly staff, not standoffish like most London agencies. Doing their best in a terrible jobs market.

They called me up out of the blue as they said they had seen my CV online and my experience and background were just what they were looking for. They would have no problem finding me plenty of temp bookings. I went in and registered at their invitation but at the beginning of the meeting the woman told me it was a quiet market and they had no work on at all at the moment but would call me when this changed. This was months ago. What a waste of time, as well as the money when you have to pay out the train fare to London when you are not currently working.
