I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible horrible company.

An appalling customer service.
A senior consultant called me with an "amazing" job opportunity after finding my CV on another website.
I explained that I'm only available for a part time role as I'm self employed and got a few clients. She obviously didn't have any part time roles but suggested to register me as they're kind of local to where I live.
Then she started her interrogation asking questions about all my clients, how many hours I work for them and where they're based (even though the location is mentioned on my CV) - I found it ridiculous - it seems like she was doing her own research to get a few more new clients rather than being interested in myself. Then she went on to personal questions and that's when I decided to stop this. I mean come on, all you need to know is my skills set and availability, which I told her at the start. Plus she didn't have any role for me anyway.
I would've thought one would have a bit more expertise calling themselves a senior.

Customer Service is disgraceful. On 27th August 2019 telephoned and explained my situation and was told to send my CV via email and that an agent would get back to me. On the same day received a standard letter thanking me for my CV. On 2nd September 2019 I still had not heard so decided to ring. Explained the above and that I was also interested in doing temping work whereby, the agent stated she would hand my CV to the relevant person and they would get back. Nothing, so the same day I phoned again speaking to the same agent in which she then stated they do not have/do temping jobs. What a waste of my time relying on them getting back. Before using Fame I had read every single review and there were a handful of people who had given bad reviews but thought... more good reviews they sound good. How WRONG was I. I informed them to shread my CV. What comes to mind is they pick and choose who they wont to find jobs for, unfortunately I was not that person.

I've been hugely impressed with the entire service from Fame Recruitment.
I emailed my CV one night, received a call from Anne first thing the very next morning, had an appointment with Mazal within a couple of days and then received a call later that same day to say that they had the perfect job for me.
I was interviewed 2 days later and had a call from Anne late that night to say that I'd got the job. Super speedy!!
Both my registration interview and the job interview were confirmed immediately in writing, and Anne gave me great advice for the interview. She continued to advise both myself and the employer as to what could and would not work for us both, and I listened to her every step of the way.
All the staff have been really helpful, and Anne really seems to understand her clients' needs. I've never before felt so confident in the hands of an agency and would not hesitate to use Fame again - though I hope that I won't need to!

Fame recruitment need to take into account that people search reviews. They need to take into account that people are not stupid and will find out if they are being lied to. If you offer a candidate an interview do not lie about it being cancelled. Be a fair organisation to candidates of all backgrouds.

Fame Recruitment has proven to be a spectacular agency. They provided me with personal assisstance and advise on how to present myself at interviews. They regularly updated me on my possible job placements and I have to say out of all the Recruitments this has proven to be the most consistence and fast agency to candidates individually! Superb!

I'd heard bad things but decided to give them a chance. Big mistake! I applied for a position they advertised, got a call but the position was not for me so I didn't bother to register. However, they sent me other positions, one of which I asked to be put forward for. They secured me an interview, brilliant! However, they neglected to tell me about the interview, gave my number to the employer so he could call me and shout at me for not turning up!!! When I called to ask why, the MD gave lie after lie about a temp making a mistake etc but didn't once apologise. NEVER use this company!!

Really disappointing service from Fame Recruitment. The consultant I spoke to promised to be in touch with me with details about relevant jobs I could apply for. Several months on, and I've not heard anything, despite sending emails asking about vacancies that were advertised on their website. Either the vacancies that exist on their site don't exist, or Fame don't care about filling jobs with good candidates....

I was appalled by the Consultant's attitude who dealt with me at Fame today. The female Consultant conducted a mini interview by the door after I asked whether they had any job vacancies on their books... yes, that's right, the interview was conducted by the main front door and in front of ALL the empty seats in their office. I asked whether we could sit down and have a quick chat and her reply was "Err well no actually, we don't specialize in what you are looking for" (contrary to what their website states) For the purpose of the reader, I was looking for a PA role. She proceeded to give me her business card. I thanked her for the card but gave it straight back and told her I was not going to be needing it. They were obviously not interested. Most unprofessional Agency I have ever come across. Zero Customer ethics ! Infamous Fame !

The staff at this agency seem not interested to get you a job- at least they are not showing it. Instead, they seem to be almost annoyed that you contacted them and give you the feeling they are superior. They don't seem to listen when you tell them about your job experiences or show them your Cv- to me, it is a riddle they are in business for all these years! I don't understand how a company that lives from people can have such an attitude. And of course they didn't get me a job...
