Absolutely horrific customer service. Not willing to help and attitude from the moment I said "hi". Every single one of them needs training. Gave me the wrong parcel, scanned it and walked away and it had a completely different name on it.

Unbelievably, spectacularly, consistently rude staff who have clearly not had even the faintest customer service training. The man who dealt with me was gruntingly unhelpful whilst his colleague publicly shamed a customer who had forgotten to put his mask on. When the customer apologised very genuinely saying he has one in his pocket, the staff member replied “everyone has one in their pocket don’t they?), before telling the poor embarrassed man, who offered his negative PCR result that “that has nothing to do with it”. So as well as working in a Post Office, this charmer is also now a doctor. Where do the Royal Mail recruit these dreadful people and why doesn’t anyone care about the image they project for their company? Presumably the posters decorating the walls urging respect from customers to staff work one way only.
