Great Post Office but a VERY CAREFUL if you are collecting your Parcel as YOU WILL GET A PPS £100 PARKING TICKET for even stopping there for a couple of minutes. My wife did and she was just collecting a package. Only 2 minutes she stopped!
I just wish to warn you as the entire land is private with cameras with (ANPR) Automatic Number Plate Recognition.
DO NOT THINK OF COLLECTING YOUR POST OFFICE PARCEL. ASK IT TO BE REDELIVERED OR GO BY FOOT! Park at Asda!
There is a board there but they are making thousands as innocent people go to the Post Office by Car to collect their parcels!
We learned the hard way so that you are safe!
I wish the Post Office at Holloway Road would WARN EVERYONE on the collection card of this danger.
I highly recommend they do so in these difficult times.

The worst customer service I had in my whole life. Everyone there is rude and problematic. Everyone... it is unbelievable but true. The staff were the worst i have ever seen. Not helpful and rude, it was a nightmare to have to deal with these people.

I was expecting some flowers to be delivered yesterday , l had to go out so l told both my neighbours in case the postman knocked on their door, but when l got in yesterday there was a P/O note saying that the item was being held at the sorting office, so looked up the times it said 7-12 in the week My sister had a text saying they had been delivered!! So as a O.A.P l could not use my free travel pass till 9am, so l got to the office at 9.20am and saw their sign - OPENING TIMES 7 -9am in the week, l was so annoyed. But l managed to find a manager and told them their times were unfair to O.A.P's and perhaps the times should be till 10am . Because of the times it would mean my flowers would not last long, but he took my details and got my flowers for me, which l was very happy about.

I just want to thank the young postman who delivered letters today on my road ie Sutton Road ,Heston TW5 0PL .He was well mannered and polite but what made me appreciate him more today was him going out of his way and offering me help to carry my shopping from my car to the front door of my house, even though I refused his help but I was really pleased that he offered his help during his working hours which probably not included in his job description ..thank you so much Mr Postman .
