Camberwell Delivery Office

I have watched a driver park his van, exit holding prewritten nobody at home cards and put them through two letter boxes without bothering to ring or knock.
When I went to Station Hill Road to complain, I was told and I quote,
“Yeah. Our staff are rubbish.”
Along with the online tracking service which usually throws up,
“There will be no further updates for this package until it is delivered.”
As for the excruciating online complaints procedure … there are no printable words.
Nb. As I wrote the above I had two separate Deliveries by two very pleasant and helpful drivers.
Perhaps a points system linked to pay with positive customer’s reviews and successful deliveries providing points is the way forward.
If Amazon can provide the logistics service it does starting from scratch 15 years ago, it’s a great shame that with all its history and infrastructure already in place, Parcelforce is so unreliable.
Parcelfarce would be more apt presently….

Delivery driver did not ring my Bell, I only saw the card through my letter box this morning, around 10.20am The driver came at 10.00am I am deaf so one needs to ring my bell in order for me to hear. There is a inter - com system before you come into the building which he/she did not press. Bad Service. So let's hope the driver rings the bell on my re-delivery.
