Very poor. Hampstead is pretty much where your post goes to die. They can't have any system at all as some parcels are received exactly to date while others, including tracked 48 parcels from companies like TKMaxx can take 1 to 2 weeks. Royal Mail should refund the money on Tracked 48 parcels, as they rarely are. When late we aren't talking just a day. Also been waiting for over a week on a signed for package posted on Oct 23rd. It's now Nov 2nd and still no sign. Then again, one Ebay parcel stayed at Hampstead sorting office for almost 3 weeks. Not good. Not reliable.
