I got my car key stuck in the car door's lock. Called R&R and Carl came on site. I had previously put some auto oil but it didn't work out. However, when Carl came, he handled the key lock by pressing it in a special way and it miraculously opened! He saved the car and car door lock!
Carl didn't charge me on top of that! I am a single mother and every pound counts for me and my daughter. Thank you, Carl, for your kindness and humanness.

Oh dear. I went to R&R a few weeks ago to get some keys cut for a new investment property we've bought to rent out. The chap who cut the keys was very friendly and the whole experience was positive. I then went to the new flat and found that the keys didn't work which wasn't ideal as the new flat is a few miles away from where we live and we don't drive. Not the end of the world, though, we just went back to R&R. Saw a different chap and he was very apologetic and went about fixing the keys. Unfortunately they still didn't work. A bit frustrated, I called R&R and explained I had now travelled by tube to a property some miles away twice and each time the keys didn't work. The guy I spoke to was immediately confrontational, belligerent and rude. Refusing to let me speak, he kept shouting over me and at one point told me I was stupid for having got keys cut far away from the property (missing the point that I live round the corner from R&R which is why I went there in the first place). I might have expected an apology for having been given a defective product twice, plus the ensuing hassle of going back and forth, but instead I was insulted and shouted at by an angry man. It's a real shame that this place employs such an irate little man to answer their phones when the guys in the shop are actually very nice.

Really excellent service, these guys know what they're talking about and gave me great advice and service.. tried a few places before but they always try to oversell to me as Im a girl and as far as they're concerned I obviously have no idea what I'm doing! R&R were honest and helpful, have recommended to all my friends and will definitely use again.

I asked a very simple question about security keys and was given so,e very patronising advice by a rude gentleman who insisted that in order to give professional advice there would have to be a call-out charge. This was despite the fact that I was at home and wasn't asking anybody to come and see me - all I wanted to know was whether you could clone a security key and how many keys could you get for one lock so I could my grandchildren a set.

We would never suggest we go to a customers house in order to clone/cut a key, if the customer cannot give enough information on the phone, we would advice them to come to the shop, we can then give accurate advice, prices etc. I can only apologise for the miss communication

Ordered a replacement window locking device and it arrived by courier 2 days later. Exactly what I ordered. Reasonably priced too. Maybe could have bought cheaper but the convenience of this service outweighs the effort it would take to save a couple of quid.

Ridiculously expensive, even the basics. They quoted me £10 for a standard lock part that I could buy from the manufacturer for £2.90 !!

Would like to know what lock part you are referring to, we have never been known as ridiculously expensive, i can only imagine the quote was to fit the part and overhaul the lock as well, if that was the case, I would say for a tenner that would be ridiculously cheap!
