Horrible experience. Had a cut key which did not work, went back and asked for a refund as I had to get another key somewhere else. What I literally was replied while the guy was yelling at me: "IM NOT GIVING YA A REFUND, THIS IS ENGLAND AND THIS IS HOW THINGS WORK". So I just walked out with my unfixed key, overpriced by the way, £20 for a useless cut key. Not saying I am right, I might not be, just saying I should not have been treated like that.

I am a regular here and the staff here are so polite and friendly i would definitely recommend. i go here every week to dry clean my suit and they have repaired my shoes on numerous occasions and the shoe comes out looking brand new with a perfect finish.
