I am really disappointed of the service at timpson. 7 weeks ago I brought in at the Holborn branch a ankle boot....just one,...to fix the zip. They told me it take between 4 to 5 weeks to do it and I went ahead with it. After 6 weeks I went to ask them how much longer as it was overdue. The staff was rude and told me to wait for the phone call. After another week I went there again. Oh well after 7 weeks they found my boot in the back and was NOT FIXED at all! Nothing done, as it was never sent to be fixed. Thanks a lot I will never ever use any of your services. It was just a waste of time
