I had my first repair with Oval Shoe Repairs this week. They gave a swift and efficient repair service (same day), and my shoes also came back cleaner than I've ever seen them. It's a cash only service, but that was no problem with warning. I'd happily use them again.

They could be a little more understanding if someone forgot their ticket and at least try and look for their shoe. It's not like they've got a warehouse out the back with an endless back-catalogue of shoes.
