Clarks

i had an experiance today with extremely uptight rude staff at the colliers wood branch CLARKS, i went in waiting patiently for one of the two staff to acknowledge i was waiting, i didnt get anything so asked ecuse me, i just would like to measure my sons feet, one member of staff just said abruptly to get a ticket... there was one customer in the shop with another standing at the till chatting to another menber of staff, i got a ticket and waited... the staff member standing at the till chatting didnt even acknowledge i was there with my two children so i asked her i just want to measure my childs feet, i had no idea what she said behind her mask so i waited again and noticed the foot measure at the back of the store, so i took it to measure my sons feet, the member of staff shouted at me and called the manager i presume... where i was taken out the back talked to completely rudly in front of my children about how he runs the shop and how dare i take it upon myself to take the measure tool it is not how it works there etc etc... it ended with me being band from the shop that i have brought shoes from since my children are small.
Corona or not i do not think or feel the way the staff behaved from the moment i walked into the shop to the moment i left was nessasary. if i was acknowledged and answered politely with my question in the first place i probably would of not felt the need to take it upon myself to measure my boys feet. I had anti bacterial wipes with me that i would of used if given the chance before the staff member shouted out on the shop floor for the manager... either way they have lost a customer that has been going to them for 9 years.
