I have been shopping at the Shoe Embassy for over 10 years. I have probably 11 pairs of shoes from there. I am a size 8 and often told by shops they do not have my size in stock. I love their shoes, they are beautifully made, comfortable (as on my feet for up to 14 hours a day), look amazing and everyone always asks me where I get my shoes? Proud to be a customer of theirs and highly recommend a visit.

I bought a boot from Shoe Embassy but the left shoe opening digs into my skin as I walk. It is so painful I am almost in tears. I sent it back to the Shoe Embassy, who blamed my left foot and refused to help with the situation. This meant I spent that money and ended up with no boots to show for it. Clearly Shoe Embassy doesn't care about it's customers.
