I bought a pair of office shoes and after wearing them to work 3 times I noticed a long slit on one shoe. It looked as though pieces of leather had been glued together and simply fallen apart. I took them back and the manager accused me of cutting the shoe with a knife so I could return them. Based on this, he refused to replace the broken shoes. It's the second pair of shoes I have bought from Aldo - the buckle of the first pair broke the first time I wore them. I never post negative reviews but this was just incredible. Absolutely awful quality, expensive and really bad customer service.
