Dunelm Mill

I and my husband came into the Enfield Branch this morning on Monday 17th November, first off all our trolley was not working, but help was on hand by a young by the name of Esaam, he got us another trolley and said to us if we need any help to ask for him, me and my husband were very impressed by the service wish Esaam good luck for us, we need more young people like him in today's world.

I went into the store in Enfield to buy some bathroom accessories and was served by a lovely young man named Essam. He was very helpful and polite. Great service :)

I visited this store for the first time today, and I was VERY impressed. I didn't know where anything was, but an assistant called April offered to help me. Not only did she take me to the section I needed, but she offered me alternatives and suggestions without a hint of being pushy. She smiled the whole time she was with me, and I believe she had a genuine interest that I was satisfied with my purchase. I bought more than I intended, and I will be back soon to buy more for my home.
