Getting information from this firm is akin to getting blood out of a stone. Repeated unanswered phone calls and ignored emails.
S-L-O-W to do anything but don't dare to complain about poor service - they take none too kindly to that!
Do yourself a favour and take your custom elsewhere. Save yourself the irritation and frustration of dealing with these incompetents.
Remember they should be working for you after all - you're the one forking out your hard earned cash.
So, ask around and rather find a firm recommended by friends or family.
Stay away from this bunch. You've been warned...

They are very slow to deal with things and do not respond quickly to phone calls.

A friendly firm where I really feel I am being looked after and that I'm not just another file. If you have to go through something as bad as a divorce I don't think you could be in better hands.
