The service is appalling, the staff do not seem to know whether a particular item is stock, when i asked if the stock room could be checked for a particular item the reply was 'I cannot leave the shop floor'. All of the staff that were working the day I was in the shop either did not care if customers bought anything or not, most were not interested even to approach customers. I would never go back again.

I went in to find some trainers for my son, the assistant could not have been more unhelpful! She couldn't remember the sizes I asked for, then couldn't find a single style in his size (didn't even really look to see!) she spent more time twirling and flicking her hair and when I asked for her advise to see if one of the trainers I put on my son might fit OK she made a masked attempt at feeling for his toe with as single finger but was more concerned about messing up her nails then doing her job! Absolutely diabolical service - will NEVER go back!!!!

Lovely, well-designed store which has EVERYTHING the sports enthusiast could possibly ask for.. found the staff very friendly and helpful.
