Would be grateful if the staff/ postmaster listen to customer concerns rather than try and absolve responsibility for contributing to a delay in a letter being delivered. Building number/name had been filled out by staff at the branch using a mistyped line 2 from the address.

It was so nice to go to the post office today even though the weather was not great. I was expecting there to be a long queue but actually empty. The staff was very polite and helpful and made my experience very efficient. Defiantly will be back tomorrow 👍👍
