We have recently used this company for the installation of a central heating system in our flat and found them to be efficient and reliable. Also very tidy which is a big plus!! Engineers friendly and knowledgable, would definately recommend.

We had Gas-tite recommended from a friend as my boiler needed fixing in an emergency. They came in no time at all, other companies couldn't fit us in.
The person who turned up was polite & very efficient and got the job done with no mess or fuss. Very reasonable too.
I will have these in mind should I need anything else doing.

Not good.
I asked them to service my boiler. They came and said it wasn't worth servicing and said it should be replaced, which they could quote for! My boiler is 3 years old.
I will never use them again.

This claim is false, we have been trading for over 25 years and not once have we said that a 3 year old boiler is not worth servicing and recommend a replacement. We believe your comments are from a rival gas company.

Do not use this company.
I made an appointment for them to repair my boiler. Despite their website sayinig that they repair all type of boiler, the guy who turned up said that they don't touch Keston boilers.
Why could they not have said this when I made the appointment?
Dreadful customer service.

We do not state that we work on keston boilers and never have done, we especially do not work on any boilers that have been tampered with by the customer as was yours on arrival to your property,
Our engineer politely told you this and you was extremly rude.

Do not use this company.
They do not answer emails to the addres provided on their website.
They are happy to provide free quotes for boiler replacement, which they promise to send through the post and which never arrive.
It's not like people who need a new boiler don't generally need quite a fast service.
As I said, these people are a bunch of amateurs and I'm glad I didn't trust them with my boiler replacement in the end.

We always respond to our emails providing we actually recieve them!
Your comments are totally ridiculous, how can you call us amateurs when we have never taken on any work in your property.
The majority of our work comes from word of mouth and we deal with thousands of customers in the local area and have done so for over 25 years!
