Our product portfolio includes wooden, cast iron, marble and stone fireplaces as well as various inserts, hearths, stoves and fireside accessories. Our styles range from contemporary to the regency period, through Georgian to Victorian. We offer every fuel source including solid fuel, gas and electric. We can also offer a full bespoke service so whatever you need, Havering Fireplaces can deliver. A very respectable proportion of our business is repeat orders and recommendations; for us this is a great compliment.

Very, very, poor aftercare service i.e. none! Doesn't answer phone, doesn't return calls, doesn't turn up when planned (on numerous occasions) - no apology! I don't know how this firm stays in business with this non-existent aftercare service! Appalling.

I would just like to say that from start to finish, the level of service and workmanship that I received from Jim was faultless. The new fireplace looks simply beautiful in its new home and the cost was very reasonable. It keeps our little pup Toff unusually content, which in my eyes, is money well spent!

Paid nearly £1800 for fireplace, gas fire and fitting November 2011. Fire worked for half an hour. Gas fire and gas fire was condemned by Gas Safe. The matter is still unresolved and I am left with a fire that does not work! February 2012.
