The service I got form Esher Fireplaces was pretty good and the installation was great (despite taking twice as long as originally planned meaning the installer didn't leave our house until after 10pm on the second day).
Unfortunately they contract out their chimney lining and register plate fitting to another company called CSL solutions. CSL are very poor and miss appointments all the time. Post installation we've had a couple of issued with debris falling past the register plate and they just aren't interested. They also issued the HETAS certificate without meeting all the requirem

I had my fireplace fitted in 2010 and had no problems this winter I couldn't get it going - phoned and me Medland came and replaced the battery in the ignition- did not charge me anything at all and showed me How to do it - above and beyond I say
