Tesco needs more staff, they've replaced people with machines which can not stop shop lifters from walking out without paying for their shopping, the shop is a mess the queues are too long.. bring back staff.. good customer service not able to be performed.. i took a parcel to be scanned and posted but i had to as the Security Guard for help.

Tesco express forest road! Went this evening and tried to pay £1.60 for shopping both cards declined, Really! slightly annoyed as I know it was the fault of the assistant and not the terminal....won’t be visiting again as the coop around the corner accepted my card.
