Tesco Express

Every morning got upset by this shop. They usually not open in time. It means 10-15 minutes later then supposed to be. It is just enough to put me almost late from work. The other thing comes up every week is the price difference between the labels on the shelves and what they charge at the checkouts. As they let me know they're too busy to change them in time. Fair enough, so I am not going there anymore, don't keep them busy.

Friendly checkout/floor staff severely let down by one power hungry assistant to the manager who has woeful customer service skills and an appalling attitude which, surprisingly, has been noticed by several locals like myself. He's almost got celebrity status in this close local community for his actions in the last 6 months which is quite an achievement! Well done sir! I and a growing number of residents in my street and in the close vicinity walk a further 5 mins to Sainsbury's and will continue to until he receives the appropriate training he requires to be in such a customer facing role.
