i recently went into the store with my elderly nan and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. showing my nan where everything she required was and packing her bag as quickly as possible to keep the growing queues going down.
it was a pleasure to use teh store and will do a lot more in the future. the manager even took the time to order a taxi for us even though she looked as though she was leaving for the day
