I have been a loyal and regular customer since we moved to Hamps, over a year ago. Staff makes me feel uncomfortable lately, and it's hard to prove I'm not an elephant, hence I don't feel like going back. Train your staff not to puss customers out. I suggest co-op, just a bit further down, very good grocery and excellent staff.

i have been a loyal customer for many year to Budgens i actually love the store. so much quality its unbelievable, it is so worth every dime of my money but i think right now Budgens needs to get updated and introudce loyalty cards, these point cards would help me a big deal! most supermarkets do!!!
