Mill Hill Food Centre

Horrible experience! I went there to buy chicken thighs with skin on. There are no labels on their meat and only one staff at the counter. I asked the lady if there's any other staff she said there was at the back. I went to the back and I called out, no one was there. 10 mins later after the cashier goes looking for him, a worker pops up and I asked him if I could open the cling film to check if the thighs have skin on. He said NO very rudely. I asked him kindly again as the cling film is not secured it can't easily be opened and closed. He said no again. I said okay fine and I asked for his name to which he replied Twahir. I took the items to the front of the store to pay and waited in the queue. After 2 mins, he comes up to me aggressively asking why I asked him for his name. I said, so that if it's not what he said, I would come back the next day and ask for him. He started shouting and screaming that I don't trust him when he packaged them. I questioned why I shouldn't question him when he wasn't even in the store working and no one knew where he was. He went off screaming louder about how he doesn't need to stay in the store when he's working. I explained that I shop there every week and I often dealt with a young girl who was wonderful and I had no issues. I don't see what the big deal was. He ripped open the chicken thighs from the cling film, puts gloves on turns them around chucking them on the counter and then continues to shout. I paid and left as quickly as possible which now I feel like I shouldn't have bought anything at all. I get on the train and he didn't even re-package the meat. The just threw the meat in the bag with other items. Utter dismay at the poor, aggressive and bullying customer service at this store. Never again!
