Need to improve their customers service Regarding coronavirus government guidelines.
Between 9am to 10AM suppose to be for elderly people and vulnerable. They don't apply with the rules. I went there for shopping and I expect for elderly vulnerable people but I found every one young, old . I did ask the manager she said no they let everyone in ,but they let the old with proof to skip the queue.
I said this not what people understand. We expect only old and vulnerable . She said no.
I took my shopping and wanted to skip the queue. Then i was stopped by superviser and he refused to let me. I told him the manager told. Still he refused and ordered me with aggressive manner to go back to the end of the queue.
2. Some of them don't take care of their hygiene. No Mask. No gloves. Don't shave.
3, don't move out of the way.
