The shopkeeper simply refused to take a Yodel Collect Plus return. Apparently it's against the rules for him to take a box of the size. He said I should go to the Post Office. It's a lie. Wont use the shop again, wont be using Yodel If I can avoid if this is their representative.

Offer a collect+ service but the staff are ignorant of the policies regarding using this service to return parcels arguing that they can't accept returns on bank holidays (not true!) and to bring the 3 heavy and bulky parcels back tomorrow after having carried them all the way there! Rude, patronising and impertinent staff No wonder the shop is always empty!!
Get new staff who understand good customer service and recognise that insincere wishes of good luck are sarcastic and rude!!
