I went to Tesco, the Hoover building in Perivale at 3pm today and was shocked by the state of the toilet. There was excrement all over the floor and in the bowl. The adjacent cubicle has no seat and there is toilet paper all over the floor. I reported it to customer services and told them to inform the manager. I went back 10 minutes later and she had still not reported it. I then informed two security guards and they didn't seem to care much about it either. I returned to the toilet 15 minutes later and it was still in the same disgusting condition, nobody had cleaned it. Looking at the cleaning rota for today (see photo attached) it looks like nobody has cleaned the toilets at all today. The cubicles are unusable and an absolute disgrace. There is a serious lack of care and complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene at this store. This is not the 1st time that I have seen the toilets in this disgusting state.
