I give a 1 out of 10 because they didn't punch or insult me, otherwise a 0 would be a more accurate mark.
I left a dress for a very simple alteration and a fabric to copy it. The owner who was there that day assured me that she will call me next day with the quote and tha date of the appointment for the fitting.
She never did it. I passed by two more times asking for that date and the explanation always was: don't worry, my boss will call you soon. Three weeks later, I went back to ask again and they weren't able to find my bag. After about 20 minutes the bag was found and no work was done, either in the alteration nor in the copying of the dress.
Completely unreliable. A waste of time and a total unprofessional service

Being a customer for over five years, I would say Katherine is probably one of the best tailors and I recommend her to all of my friends. All of my blinds, wedding clothes and wife's clothes were and are made perfectly. Such good service at a great price.

I left some clothing for repair and after them having not repaired the items on time they offered to deliver them to my work address. I found this very helpful as I was not able to collect them on time for the date I was planning on using them. Little did I know that they have fixed them wrong to the point of incompetence and after them collecting the items back instead of being helpful they proved to be very difficult. The items were collected on a Friday morning and on Tuesday I call only to find that they didn't even open the bag to have a look at them.
All in all if you value your clothing don't bring them there. Customer service is null and their skills are very basic. I have seen better to be honest.
