!!!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!
Ordered takeaway from here and what a mistake that was. Waited 1 and half hours before calling to find where the food was. Told it was on it's way... 30 mins later called again to be told they were contacting the driver. Called 15 mins after to be told that I shouldn't complain as this is the first time they have spoken to me! Asked for their name so I could talk to the manager and was told that she didnt have a name! Asked for a refund on the food as I waited so long as was told if I didnt want it to send the driver away and I would be refunded... this was at 2230 on a sunday night! I was starving, I had given them the benefit of the doubt and ended up not getting any food and luckily I ordered through a third party site (hungryhouse) who were able to authorise the refund themselves and I have nop doubt that if it wasnt for them I would have never get my money back!!! I have also been trying for a week to speak to a manager and am always being told there isn't one in (another lie I suspect). If the owner or manager wants to contact me I would be very grateful but until then !!!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
