this is one of the best places to eat in Highgate! The burgers are mouth watering, the pizza's are lovely and please, don't even get me started on the ice cream and milkshakes! They are simply delicious, they have friendly staff, seriously, I cant recommend this place enough!

Awful pizza. Such a poor quality. Very little cheese that made it taste more like a bread. Very little toppings. Probably had to use a microscope!!!!! The staff didn’t care and were even quite rude when I mentioned it to them. No customer service at all.
I will never ever try it again and never recommend it to anyone. Such a waste of money.
I have recently moved to the area and I am sure I can find much better than this absolutely poor quality pizza.
Sorry Papa Del. Never again.

I cannot comment on their pizzas, but I can tell you that they have the best take away chicken in town...and they deliver.

The quality of the food is reasonable, the choice average at best, the staff there are obviously just 'doing a job' and have no passion for their product (or service).
I live local and have been giving Papa Dels my business for a few years, once a month on average.

I look back and realise, it's only convenience and lack of alternative pizza places. So, the negative; they double charged me once and refused to provide a refund. I noticed my debit card had a double entry and took this to them, but they would not do anything about it.

Tonight, I went back after a self imposed hiatus, walked in to place the order. Popped next door to pick up a bottle of wine, sat out in the freezing cold for 15 minutes expecting the pizza to be ready, I walked back in. Nothing......20 minutes later....nothing. I ask them where's my pizza, they run around, start making other orders, forget about me again. 10 minutes later, I throw my debit card at them and ask for a refund. Can't give you a refund!!!! WTF!!!! I ordered a pizza an hour ago, and am still waiting.

5 minutes of argument later, the hand reluctantly goes into the til, and they cough up a cash equivalent of the sale - NO APOLOGIES, NO DISCUSSION, NOTHING.

Unexcusable behaviour! I would be bending over backwards to make this situation right if I was the retailer.

Too bad papa del, you've lost my business, and I will not be recommending you to anybody.

This place obviously does not care about it's customers and I would only chose them (if I were you),unless there are absolutely no other options.

Really, really disappointing. Got two pizzas to take away. there was literally no toping on either, but apparently one was a 'meat feast' and the other a pepperoni. took them back to complain (politely) and was told that they can't give money back or put meat on them... or do anything. depsite cold pizza and playing a tragic game of 'hunt the topping'!!

Rude staff. Totally rubbsih food, atmosphere and service. Go ANYWHERE else, even pizza express. I can't stress enough that this place is really, really awful.

If you have ever eaten a real pizza in Italy, this place is the only one to order from in London. I've just tried 'Papa's Delicacy' with baby artichokes, green olives and mushrooms - light as a feather but bags of taste and texture. Simply marvellous.

very nice food, you must try it, healthy not greazy,tasty pizzas and wonderful grilled chicken, fresh garlic roll, and do not forget about the salads. i do really like all its food.
