I went to buy some hot chocolate and was served by a someone who didn't appear to understand me. It was around 7:30 pm on a Thursday evening. The hot chocolates were watery and tasteless with hardly any chocolate in it! We were unimpressed, took back the hot chocolate's, said we'd prefer our money back instead of another drink. The attendant was so rude and told me he made the drink in front of me, showed me no respect and argued over giving me back the money. He sent me off with 2 equally watery and tasteless hot chocolates refusing to make one with only milk which is a normal request. I was utterly disgusted with the service and his customer service was just abysmal! And I would not recommend the hot chocolate at all.
I own several shops around Covent Garden and I shall make sure that everybody hears about the terrible service you provide before purchasing good money in this should be closed down chain!
