Lousy customer service. I had a 2 hour journey back to Leic & mobile had switched off. Luckily I had my charger so hoping to get it charged while we stop for dinner. So I request the counter staff but with no explanation they inform it's not allowed- Why NOT?? How much electric would that waste???
