Similarly, I have made an account just to highlight my experience here. I was in the area late and looking to get some food - my intial expectation was that this was just going to be another typical takeaway. However, to my astonishment the lamb shawarma I ordered was the best I've ever had. The quality of the lamb was better than any I've had in central london, let alone tooting! The high standard was matched in the father and son's service. I cannot wait to go back again and try out the rest of the menu! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

This place serves the best pizza in the area, with great character. I wont be going back to Dominoes...

this place is amazing. i am so astounded by its brilliance. i was so astounded, in fact, i created this account just to write this review to inform people how astounded i am. the food from this place is unbelievably brilliant, without a doubt the best i've ever tasted. not only that, the milkshakes there are just as amazing! additionally, the father and son that work there are actually a blast and interesting to talk to. unlike the monotonous workers of these big fast food enterprises, these guys are actually fun to talk to. and last of all, they had a wood burning oven, which bolsters the authenticity and taste of the pizza. if you have not been here, go, you don't know what you're missing out on.

I just wanted to add to the reviews above. Yes this place does do the most delicious food but the key for me is the people. Son and father ( I assume) really lit up my day! They were both so wonderfully polite and attentive, truly kind and lovely. It was a fine pizza and a really lovely experience. Thank you.

Quite simply outstanding! Service was top notch. The 15" pizza was quite simply the best I have ever tasted - way better than any Romana from Pizza Express. While you are there be sure to check out the amazing selection of milkshakes. I challenge any Londoner to find a better establishment for pizza, this place should be winning awards. Best kept secret in London. Honestly, don't hang about, go and see for yourself...

Having eaten at the olive tree several times and ordered a delivery by phone a couple more, I thought it was about time that I spread the word about how good this place is. Their wraps are about the size of my head and I can't finish the large one on my own, their pizza bases are fab (schmancy pant oven) but the toppings could be a bit more generous. They also do really good milkshakes which are worth the ten minute walk from my house during revision time. They're polite, make the food quickly and are quick to get in touch with you if there's any problems (phoned me to request a substitution as they'd run out of a side dish I'd wanted). All in all, one of the best places in Tooting, shame it's away from the main run of restaurants because not enough people know about it.
