The staff are rude in store and on the phone!!! All I asked is could our kabab meat be wrapped separately from the pitta bread as it absorbs all the Greece, sauce and juice otherwise goes rather soggy and falls apart (not nice). So no I will not recommend or eat from here again.

Received two menus through the letterbox today ( 25-6-16 ) from Charcoal Grill , despite a large sign stuck on the letterbox issued by Havering Council stating " No Junk Mail".
I will no longer be buying from this company out of principle.
