McDonald's Restaurant

I am an elderly lady and today was in the restaurant when two big Camden School Girls pushed in to the front of our queue. They shouted above everybody and shouting at the lady on the till demanded that they be served first. They had made a second queue to the left of the real one which I was in and were being obnoxious. They got served and I was left standing at the back with lots of other people still in front of me. I have arthritis and it was painful to have to stand and be sneered at by them and to be let go in front. In future perhaps you could make sure people are not able to push in.
