Even if there's just 3 customers in the shop at 6am the staff cannot get anything right. This is the worst most disorganised Mcdonals I have ever been to. Even the manager looks completely disorganised like herding cats. More than 5 times my order has been messed up and I havent noticed until Im back in the office so now I have to check everything before I leave the shop.
If you cant do fast food right dont do it in the first place. Its not fast food otherwise, its just crap food with bad service.

Four leaders and 16 hungry cub scouts decended on McDonald's during the evening rush hour. (We had telephoned to say we were coming.) The manager and his staff were brilliant. Within seconds we had been seated all together. Within minutes we had been served our food and drinks. The manager could not have made us more welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. It was service with a smile. This place is an asset to London. We'll be back next time we're in the capital.
