The toilets are disgusting. They're are used sanitary pads on the floor, the urinals are over flowing with human waste and there are generally a state. More attention needs to be paid to the hygiene of the place as people aren't even using gloves to serve with! Honestly, I'd never go back to the McDonalds because of the hygiene issues it concerns. Please sort this out immediately!

i have just come back to work after frequenting McDonalds on Baker Street and now feel sick... Firstly I had to wait for my order, which is understandable as it was a veggie option, but when it arrived it was cold. I also notice that while preparing my food nobody had gloves on... NASTY...
