The managers can also stop lying about the reasons why they regularly turn off the wifi! They either blatantly lie, and say it's down, or they pretend not to know. Mcdonalds is advertised for food as well as WIFI. They should keep to that!

Kilburn macdonald need to focus on training their staff on good customer service as the service in there branch is below standards in comparison to others.
It gets very busy with long queues and the new computer system just creates longer waiting time.
