KFC

I am fuming , my daughter ordered, nan said he was outside, didn’t buzz the intercom , he said he left it outside, he basically couldn’t be bothered to come up to the first floor and just rode away with it. Got in touch said couldn’t get a refund and better luck next time, 😡, so basically stole my money where can i make an official complaint about mile end KFC

This was the worst KFC, I have ever been to. My cousin and I came to have some food. We were excited but once we got our order, everything changed. I ordered zinger burger but there was fried potato in it. We order the burger as meal but the drinks were missing. They took our receipt away which made it even more suspicious. We order the drinks again but it had too many ice so there were no fizzes. The cup lid was trash to the point it will fly of by the wind if you take it outside. We ordered burger bucket, the chickens were too small also they were fried on old oil as oit tasted burned.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to, absolutely disgusting!

I ordered last Saturday the 4th of July and half my order was missing and I should be entitled to a refund but nothing has been said or done we won't be using that branch ? again

Worst KFC Branch ever!! I have been working in MIle end for around a year now, this is a main choice of lunch for my colleagues and i, we often get our food to take away as there a small amount of seats. upon returning to our office, we notice something missing from our order every single time! one time we ordered a boneless bucket, came to find me has no chips. Today were missing the cheese out of our burgers, hot wings, and gravy! Been charged for a box meal and that is not what we got. Avoid this place, the staff are rude, the service is slow, the food is old and cold, the toilet is disgusting. This isn't a one off experience that has promoted me to leave my review, it's whole bunch of them. Don't think I will be giving them the benefit of the doubt again.

This place needs to improve upon its staff. I noticed how in many orders items were left out and when questioned no apologies were offered. A basic lack of common etiquette and rather poor quality food makes for a bad KFC experience. Yes, I do mean poor quality chicken, seems less cooked than it ought to be, which takes away from the taste. This lot need to learn from the KFC in Aldgate East which seems to tick all the right boxes including using the correct machines to achieve the tastiest chicken.
