I used to come here every day, make my order and squish a bit of ketchup and mayo but they have this individual there in the evening that when you ask for ketchup and mayo he refuses to give it even if you offer to pay for it.
Also when he is on shift it takes ages to get up and serve customers, the food is often poorly cooked, I once was served nearly raw chicken and on another occasion I left the drink behind and he didn't even called me.
Very rude staff and mediocre customer service.
