Start with good customer service. Called a few minutes ago to put an order through and the woman on the phone didn't realise I'm Indian and started abusing me in Hindi when I couldn't get the postcode right (rightly so as it's my brother's place and I'm just here for the night!) Appalling! Wonder what else they say to non Hindi speaking customers! Stay away. You don't want to give your money to an imbecile impolite idiot!
