The staff use the ticketing system to simply mass produce the food which sells the most such as French fries and Big Macs. They load up dozens of containers filled with fries, and sortie multiple Big Macs and other high end selling items.
The fries are therefore less than lukewarm and the Big Macs cold.
They then only cook up a small amount of lesser selling items such as apple pies. The end result is everytime you order one you are told "there will be a seven minute wait."
The service is now poor. Much faster but the taste is horrible. Get rid of the ticketing system.
