Spring Way

I called the restaurant to ask one of the member of the staff if they can call me in advance. The person in the phone was really nice and they said that they will call me when the delivery driver is here. I called again after the food hasn’t arrived within more than 10 minutes delayed. I just asked because in the just eat app said it was delivered and I don’t have the food. The same person from before started to yelling at me and saying that the food is on the way with their own driver. I just wanted to ask what was the status of the order. He also said that I am rubbish customer and I finished the call. I like the food from this restaurant but the staff isn’t nice at all.

Don't bother! Food was bland and tasteless. 2/10 reflects the fact that it was ready when they said it would be and it hasn't made me ill - yet!

Placed an order via Hungry House and was told the food would arrive in 40 minutes. After an hour and a half, our order arrived and we received the wrong items so we contacted the restaurant directly via telephone. The woman at the restaurant was incredibly rude to us - practically screaming down the phone - and insisted that we had received the right order and that I was lying. She refused to send us the order that we had actually placed but eventually agreed to send someone to collect the wrong order and to process a refund. Several days later we had not received a refund and I had to contact

DO NOT USE. I don't even think it's a real place, waited over two and a half hours for the food, rang numerous times, got hung up on numerous times, absolutely shocking. So disappointing. Loads of screaming people in the background, for all I know it's just a group of people playing a joke.

Terrible. After waiting for 2 hours and making numerous phone calls the food never even showed up. I won't be wasting my time with this restaurant again.

Sadly, although I've used this takeaway many times before, this evening I ordered and chased after an hour, to be told my food was cooked and it would be with me in half an hour. It was not. I didn't like doing it at all, but I cancelled my order and ordered from a competitor. I am so disappointed that this is how I was treated as a returning customer. If you have too many orders, don't take another one or manage expectations. If I had been in a restaurant I would have walked out.
