The online ordering form did not work at the very last step after entering all info, and so couldn't get the 20% discount rate which is only available through the internet. Tried two different credit cards but neither worked, so ended up paying nearly £30 for two tiny-sized "medium" pizzas and a bottle of coke. They messed up twice with the computer system on the phone so had to repeat all my information three times. The delivery man phone called from outside on the street telling me (not even asking how to get to my flat which is part of an ex-council) to "get it from outside". I had to go all the way out to the street to collect my food. Bad delivery service, way too expensive for the quality of food (pizza was not even cut properly so I had to cut it again), and what's the point of having an internet discount service that doesn't work? Not ordering from here again unfortunately...
