McDonald's Restaurant

I orderd McDonalds tonight from tottenham branch the order was cold the milkshake it was like water this is second time.i paid £19 pounds for cold meal

I went to the Bruce Grove store to order a few cheese burgers and i didnt know how to use the machines to order my food. so i asked one of the ladies on how to order and she helped me order them and i got a ticket and i asked her what i do next. she told me to wait by the que and for my number to be called out which was the number 30. i was waiting for at least 30 minutes and i asked one of the till ladies i have been waiting a while, she told me very rudely that she called out my number and i should of paid first as well. so if she called my number how could of i paid if my number was called. i paid and she walked of tutting. I asked a member of staff in front of the kitchen where the chips are maid and i asked nicely that i wanted to make a complaint. the man replied to me saying you got your food now just go what more do you want. i said hold on and he walked away to the back of the kitchen. he had a foreign accent and was so rude. so i saw the women who gave me my food i asked that that i wanted to make an complaint. and she got a business card and just gave it to me and she said to me "good luck with that I always order my mc ds by online so i didn't know how these procedures worked and i feel like i was treated very rudely especially the person by the cooking chip area. i phoned later on that day to make a complaint and i was told that i would be contacted to resolve this situation of very bad customer service. i have never been spoken so rudely by and mc ds staff ever.. I was left a bussiness card and still i have not been contacted yet. a name was written at the back of the business card Neeuga.
