Do not order from this place. They got our order wrong, took over an hour to talk to anyone, then they offered a refund before saying “actually no, we can’t do refunds”.

Ordered a family feast and they got 4 out of 5 things on the order wrong - wrong number of chicken nuggets, wrong number of chicken wings, wrong size of Coke AND one of the pizzas was wrong. When we called up, they asked us to ring back, then said they would ring back and never did. Third time we rang, the man said he would offer £15 refund and then in same breath took that offer straight back and said “it’s not in my hands”. Worst handling of a customer complaint I’ve ever experienced, I don’t know what else to say.

Be honest with the customer (lied to me 3 times!), don't laugh at the customer, don't serve other people who came after the first customer!

Brilliant Pizza, unlike other delivery services Planet Pizza delivered their pizza steaming hot! They have got it right on Taste, Thickness, Duration of Pizza in the oven ( it wasn't burnt), quantity & quality of toppings (for other independent pizza outlets you can count the salami slices!! Planet pizza toppings were generous), the quality of the cheese was exceptional, in short simply brilliant.
