If a customer has to wait over 2 hours to receive the wrong order be ready to offer something meaningful as an apology. Mistakes happen, appalling customer service is avoidable.

I only order from here. Food is nice and consistant which very few places are.

I use this chinese takeaway regularly, and find the staff helpful, the delivery time is also good - usually before the time expected. The food is always good, I would recommend this takeaway.
